Design Stage
1. Drawing review: Strictly review the design drawings to ensure their rationality, feasibility, and compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
2. Material Selection: Select suitable steel and other building materials according to design requirements and project characteristics.
3. Raw Material Procurement and Inspection: Establish a strict supplier evaluation system and select raw material suppliers with a good reputation and reliable quality. After the raw materials enter the site, they will be inspected by relevant standards and regulations. Only raw materials that have passed the inspection can be put into use.

 

Production and Processing Stage
1. Mold Making and Inspection: For components that need to be produced using molds, the accuracy and quality of the molds must be ensured. After the mold is made, it is necessary to conduct an inspection and trial production to confirm that the mold can meet the production requirements.
2. Cutting and Molding: Cutting is carried out according to the design drawings and production plans, and the size and accuracy of the cutting are strictly controlled.
3. Welding and Assembly: Welding is an important part in the production of light steel structures. It is necessary to formulate a reasonable welding process, with our skilled and experienced welders to ensure the welding quality and reliability of the welds. During the assembly process, assembly should be carried out according to the design requirements to control the accuracy and quality of the assembly.
4. Surface Treatment: When performing surface treatment such as anti-corrosion and fire prevention on components, it is necessary to strictly follow the process requirements to ensure that the treatment effect meets the standards.

 

Quality Inspection and Control
1. Process Inspection: Set inspection points at production process to conduct a real-time inspection of the size, appearance, welding quality, etc. If quality problems are found, they should be dealt with in time to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process.
2. Finished Product Inspection: After all components are produced, a comprehensive finished product inspection will be carried out. This includes checking the size, shape, welding quality, surface treatment, etc. of the components to ensure that the products meet the design and standard requirements. At the same time, the components should be marked and relevant information should be recorded for traceability.

 

Packaging and Transportation
1. Packaging: According to the characteristics of the components and transportation requirements, select appropriate packaging materials and packaging methods to ensure that the components are not damaged during transportation. The name, model, quantity, and other information of the components should be marked on the packaging.
2. Transportation: Develop a reasonable transportation plan, select appropriate transportation tools and routes, and ensure that the components are safely and punctually delivered to the construction site. During transportation, protect the components to avoid collisions and damage.
