Detailed process of prefabricated house installation
1. The center line specification of each wall foundation is first measured according to the requirements of the engineering drawings and the center line specification error is plus or minus 25mm, and the length-width ratio error of the wall foundation is measured.
2. The raw materials of the house should be loaded and unloaded on-site first, and the raw materials should be effectively transported to each construction site. They should be handled with care during transportation to prevent damage to the raw materials. The size of the steel frame structure and the welding quality should be checked before construction.
3. According to the size of the drawing, bury the chassis iron first, and fix it with expansion bolts and basic fixings.
4. The steel frame structure is assembled, and the rectangular columns and steel beams are assembled with screws. During assembly, the screws must be tightened, and the steel beams are vertical, coplanar, and the assembly parts meet all requirements.
5. For the assembled steel frame structure, first lift a steel beam, and the steel beam holds a square pipe column. It should be supported and reinforced with steel beams. It should be vertical to the road surface. Use a steel tape measure to measure the specifications, and then lift the second beam, install the sheet beam, and fix it with screws. Other load-bearing beams and sheet beams can be installed in time according to the above process, and the steel beam position again for errors and adjustments.
6. After confirming that everything is correct, use angle steel to weld the horizontal support and the through-frame in the steel beam, and then weld the square tube column and chassis iron.
7. After the columns and beams are installed, install the floor. The floor should be dense between the floor.
8. After the floor is laid, start installing the board wall. When installing the board wall, pre-embed the position of the windows and doors. After all the walls are installed, start installing the cast-in-place board, eaves board, moisture-proof treatment, roof cover, etc.
9. After the overall installation of the house is completed, install the windows and doors. Pay attention to the density of the window installation, and there should be no gap with the board wall. After the window is installed, a moisture-proof treatment should be carried out. The door should be installed flat and straight, and the environment should look clean.
10. When installing the guardrail on the house floor, it is required that the guardrail is vertical and firmly connected with the guardrail column. The steps are made of patterned steel plates or angle steels. The floor should not shake. The indoor stairs are fixed to the umbrella wall. The guardrail plate is fixed to the indoor stairs with 75MM self-drilling self-tapping screws.
