1, Project Planning Service
We operate the whole project with BIM system. In the project, planning was made with careful consideration of the customers' needs, ensuring the most efficient use of spaces. During this stage we also take into account the local environment to ensure that the building structure has sufficient wind resistance, snow resistance, and earthquake resistance.
And also we pay attention to the areas that customers focus on, such as laundry and drying areas, entrance spaces, pantry space, activity space, tools space and etc. This step aims to know customers' needs and prepare for the next design proposal.
2, Drawing Design Service
During this stage, our design team will eastablish the light steel structure design and inner layout design. BlueHarbor has professional design staffs to provide customized design services. Our team will utilizes design software such as Sketch Up, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD architectural design, PKPM, 3D3S, SAP2000 Structural design, Tekla, FrameCad detail structural design etc.
BlueHarbor Design Team
Our design team will establish the architectural modeling and its respective digital animation and renderings based on the customers' need.
Then customer will have a first check of the drawing and we will make modification if anywhere need to change. Our design team will establish the three dimensional modeling to the customer for confirmation based on the final parameters.
